Product quality and quality consistency are

With a dedicated team of analysts, who are available 24 hours a day at each plant, we ensure that every batch of wheat flour production meets the quality standards that our customers deserve to get it.

The on-site laboratory offers the latest technology to conduct the testing of wheat quality parameters, such as protein, wheat gluten and moisture content as well as a strict regime for detecting impurities and chemical residues. 

During production, packaging and delivery, there is a cycle of control and inspection by the certified technicians on quality inspection. We believe that consistency in product quality and products efficiency is essential.

From our technicians to our flour millers and centralized procurement teams, we look for the sources of wheat that can produce wheat flours with the most consistent quality. Further reinforcement of Interflour's production capabilities is the recognition of food safety system, such as ISO, HACCP and GMP as well as Halal certification for the products of Interflour Group's factories.
