Pizza is a type of flat-bread that is loved by many people because of its delicious taste and full of nutrition. The Pizza base recipe is simple, easy and can be used for both thick and thin crust, applied for many different topping to change the taste.
In particular, Bakers' Choice 13 flour with high protein content will create a Pizza with a very attractive crispy crust and soft crumb.
Ingredient :
Flour - 500 g (Bakers' choice 13)
Water - 300 g
Milk powder - 15 g
Low sugar dry yeast - 3 g
Cooking oil - 25 g
Salt - 7.5 g
Processing :
- Prepare tray and oven.
- Separately weigh ingredients.
- Add all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix until the dough is smooth. After that, let it rest 20 min.
- Knead the dough each 20 min till the dough is developed fullly.
- Divide 200g/piece. Round it and put on the tray. Let it raise double.
- Shape the dough into round shape and thin. Make holes on the dough. Put on baking tray.
- Bake immediately for thin pizza. Proof 45 min for the thick pizza the dough at 35 degree C, 85% relative humidity.
- Decoration with tomato sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 220 degree C for 15 min.
- Take out, cool down and enjoy.
